Northern Lights Aurora Borealis Over Stafford Castle – Stafford, UK.

On the 10th May 2024 the UK witnessed one of the most powerful solar storms in decades, allowing the Northern Lights to be visible across the majority of the UK. After a couple of test shots in my garden and on seeing how strong the lights were, I raced over to Stafford Castle and began photographing the incredible light display Mother Nature was putting on.

– Print Details:

All prints are done on Permajet Oyster 271gm paper with a subtle pearl / lustre finish, giving a high quality finish. The paper has a UV protective and microporous supercoat giving it a high degree of water and fade resistance.

Print sizes have been done to match commonly available frames, however for custom sizing please feel free to drop me a message and I will be happy to help.

For unmounted prints a white border will be left around the photo, so you are able to easily mount it into a frame of your choice.

Mounted prints will be created using a high quality bright white 300gsm card front and backing board.

Mounted Print Sizes:

Photo Size – 8 x 6″ inches with 10 x 8″ inch mount.
Photo Size – 10 x 8″ inches with 12 x 10″ inch mount.

Please note due to difference in monitor colours, the colour on the print may appear slightly different.
Depending on the chosen print size, the image may be cropped slightly to fit your desired size.
Frame is for display purpose only.

– Shipping:

I aim to complete and ship the order as soon as possible.
All prints are made custom to order, so I am aim to get them out within 1-2 days of the order being placed.
I try to use recycled packaging as much as possible when shipping orders in aim to reduce waste!
